The Polynesian Cultural Center's Banyan Tree Snack Bar, located near the front entrance on the way to the island villages, is open daily from 11:00 a.m. and serves a delicious variety of cold drinks, nachos, ice cream, fruit cups, hot dogs and other snacks. Guests may also enjoy egg salad, turkey, tuna, crab or ham sandwiches; and the deep-fried chicken plates, barbecue chicken plates, excellent hamburgers, fish and chips, and other menu items.
Additional snack stands and dining areas are located throughout the island villages of the Center, including the Fale Popo (Coconut House) in Samoa, the Maori Snack Bar, the Tonga Hut and Yoshimura’s General Store near the Laie tram stop, and the Marquesas Snack Shop at the Marquesas canoe landing — each offering cold drinks and other treats to satisfy the desire to munch.
