Description

The oldest of Wailea Golf Club's three resort courses, the Old Blue Course is the same 'Blue' layout golfers have enjoyed since 1972. Minor changes have been made here and there, and a major renovation will likely turn this classic Maui golf track into a private course in the not-too-distant future.

Superb course conditioning is a Wailea trademark, as are the tropical flowers lining many holes. The middle holes, 8 through 12, climb to the course's highest elevation and provide stunning views of the islands of Lanai, Molokai, Kohoolawe, and the crescent-shaped Molokini.

The back nine, with three par 5s, finishes with a calculating par 3. Like the other 36 Wailea and Makena holes, Old Blue is located in the lee of Haleakala, where every golfer benefits from some of the best golf weather on the planet.
