This event is half the Ironman distance - 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike and 13.1 mile run - is held at the beautiful Fairmont Orchid, Hawaii Resort on the Kohala Coast and is part of the official qualifier series for the 2010 Ironman Triathlon World Championship held in Kona later in the year. www.ironman.com
