Description:	Halloween on world-famous Front Street in Lahaina is more than just a night on the town in costume. It includes Costume Contests with great prizes for all ages, a Children's Costume Parade. FRONT STREET WILL NOT BE CLOSED TO VEHICLES THIS YEAR, pursuant to July 2008 ruling by the Maui County Cultural Resources Commission.
