Description
The Festival of Lights is a unique annual event at the Historic County Building running through December, dedicated to preserving and presenting for generations to come the beautiful handmade decorations created by Josie Chansky, as well as creations crafted by our volunteer artisans and perpetuating the tradition of Holiday Aloha that visitors and residents experienced for decades at the Chansky "Christmas House" in Kapaa.
