Mother Nature is the perfect babysitter.
The serene environment of Kauai is ideal for keiki (children) of all ages. This island welcomes families and offers a variety of fun activities.

Take your kids on easy to moderate hikes, where they can count waterfalls and spot wild birds. Little ones enjoy walking to the end of the pier at Hanalei Bay, where they can look out into the ocean and see the fish. Lydgate State Park has a marvelous wooden play structure that can occupy children for hours, and when they tire of it, you can cross over to the beach to bathe in several enclosed pools.

You’ll also find that major resorts have children’s programs already underway. Just call to enroll your child, and let Mother Nature handle the rest.
