KAUAI BEACHES, KAUAI

Kauai's beaches are just as impressive as its cliffs, canyons, and rainforests. On Kauai's south shore visit beautiful Poipu Beach. Perfect for snorkeling and swimming, the Travel Channel once named Poipu Beach one of the best beaches in the world.

Located along Highway 560 on the north coast of Kauai are some of the island's most popular beaches. Anini Beach is ideal for snorkeling. Tranquil Hanalei Bay is perfect for a romantic sunset. Tunnels Beach is an excellent spot for snorkeling and swimming in the calm summer months. Picture perfect Kee Beach at the very end of Highway 560 is one of Kauai's most popular beaches and is where you'll find the trailhead to the Kalalau trail overlooking the Napali Coast.

Lydgate Beach Park on the eastern shores of Wailua is a perfect spot for the keiki (children). Picnic grounds, facilities, good swimming and snorkeling, and a children's playground make for a fun day for the family.
