The background sound of the ocean surf against a soulful steel guitar. A welcome lei and Mai Tai. Tables laden with traditional foods of the islands; imu-roasted kālua pig, island fish, laulau, lomi salmon, sashimi, piles of pineapple and papaya plus salads, teriyaki steaks, desserts and so much more.
