Haleiwa Metric Century Ride
The John B. Kelley Haleiwa Metric Century Ride begins and ends in Kaiaka Bay Beach Park on the Northshore of Oahu. Ride at your own pace, all skill levels and ages are welcome.
The course takes you through Haleiwa Town, then along the shores past Waimea Valley, Sunset Beach, Kahuku, and Kaaawa. The road is mostly flat with a few moderate hills.
Route: Starts in Haleiwa Town at Kaiaka Bay Beach Park and rides to Swanzy Beach Park and back. Course closes at 2:00pm. Ride support and aid stations are staggered for riders leaving at 7:30am from Kaiaka Bay Beach Park.
Schedule: Kaiaka Bay Beach Park opens at 6am. Riders begin lining up at 6:45am. Ride announcements are made at 7:15am. First group of cyclists leave at 7:30am. Swanzy Beach Park Aid Station closes at 11am, all riders must head back to the park before that. Kaiaka Bay Beach Park aid station closes at 2pm.
