The Volcano Art Center (VAC) provides an intimate experience for people to engage with Hawaii's unique land, plants and rare birds through its beautifully restored Niaulani Rain Forest and Nature Trail.

Free, weekly guided nature walks, every Monday morning at 9:30am provide guests an hour long excursion on an easy, 1/7 mile loop trail through a rare, old-growth forest in Volcano, Hawaii. The trail is also open free of charge, daily, during daylight hours for self guided tours. The updated educational displays, wayside markers and online trail guides help visitors understand the unique and fragile ecosystems of the Hawaiian rain forest.

These tours allow the Volcano Art Center to continue its long tradition of environmental focused programming, support from Hawaii Tourism's Community Enrichment Program allows these events to be shared. For a complete schedule of events visit www.volcanoartcenter.org
