Loʻi Work Day

This is a loʻi kalo ( taro patch) work day at the Na Moku Project Site in Wailuanui, Maui, Hawaiʻi. At this event we will be cleaning and weeding taro patches, cutting and getting rid of invasive trees, and species. This event will gather the community together for a fun-filled work day - getting to meet and greet new friends from around the pae ʻāina. Visitors and locals alike can learn about different varieties of taro and what taro is planted at the project site.
