The Pan-Pacific Festival Foundation is pleased to announce the return of the Pan-Pacific Festival in Honolulu, June 7 to June 9, 2024, following a 5-year hiatus. The 41st Annual Pan-Pacific Festival is a multicultural celebration will include an array of dynamic activities and performances over the three-day event, including participants and entertainers from Japan, Hawai'i and beyond. The vast number of family-friendly festival events and activities are free to attend.

On Friday, June 7, 2024, the event will kick off with the multicultural Pan-Pacific Ho'olaule'a (block party) in the heart of Waikīkī with entertainment, global and local ethnic food booths, handcrafted products from cultural artisans and more.

Attendees will also enjoy the Performing Arts Showcase, to be held daily at various locations, presenting diverse ethnic performances. It presents a rare chance to see traditional cultural costumes, hear cultural instruments, and catch epic folklore and traditions. Also spanning all three days of the festival is the highly-anticipated Pan-Pacific Hula Festival. An assembly of halau (hula groups) from Hawai'i and Japan will honor the beloved Hawaiian practice of hula.

The flurry of festival activities concludes on Sunday, June 9, 2024, with a grand finale Pan-Pacific Parade down Kalākaua Avenue, bringing together colorful performers, dynamic drummers and ethnic cultural groups from around the world.
