Celebrating the bounty of the island and wealth of eateries in Hawaii, the fifth annual Poipu Food and Wine Festival (PF&WF) will happen October 19-22.
On Wednesday, October 19th, discover the freshest island ingredients at the Kauai Culinary Market hosted by The Shops at Kukuiula and Kauai County Farm Bureau, featuring a special culinary demonstration by KCC students. Small plates will be available for sale.
The 'Paina' is an exquisite epicurean event highlighting award-winning chefs from Hawaii as well as the students from the Culinary Institute of the Pacific at Kauai Community College. All with perfectly paired wine, live music and a silent auction.
The Poipu Food & Wine Festival is co-hosted by the Poipu Beach Foundation and Southwest Airlines, with generous support provided by Hawaii Tourism Authority though the Community Enrichment Program.
