Executive Chef Jeff Scheer leads the kitchen with an inventive approach to the produce he receives from Kumu Farms and other Maui farmers and ranchers. Our innovative menus are developed around these local ingredients and reflect seasonality. Through understanding, knowledge, technique, and creativity each dish is handcrafted. Utilizing a "from scratch" mentality, we work hard to make everything in-house as well as in the bar. Our handcrafted cocktails use fresh herbs and juices squeezed by hand. Our wine list is curated with the Mill House food in mind. Our Ambiance pays homage to the history of sugarcane production in Maui. Through the sugarcane mill gears, original steam engine, and looking out to the surrounding farmland. The history of Maui surrounds you at the Mill House.
