The Sushi Class + Dinner & Sake Tasting
Leading us in The Sushi Class is Chef Yuji Haraguchi, founder and owner of OKONOMI / YUJI Ramen as well as Osakana Brooklyn and Osakana East Village in NYC. Hailing from Japan, Yuji created a Japanese-style fish market and education center, Osakana, to educate people about Japanese food and culture. Join us as we learn the art of sushi and more from Chef Yuji.
Alongside your sushi dinner will be 2 glasses of sake.
You will work hands-on with Chef Yuji to make several variants of sushi with the highest quality raw fish. Students will learn not only the art and vast history of sushi, but also advice for buying and preparing raw fish safely at home.
