This special YEP Marketplace showcases Hawaiʻi’s next generation of food entrepreneurs — middle and high school students who have created innovative, small-batch products using locally sourced ingredients. Think ʻulu (breadfruit) chips, mamaki tea, tropical fruit jams, and more — all crafted with a deep appreciation for Hawaiʻi’s agricultural heritage.
