Located on the beautiful north shore of the Garden Island of Kauai, The Cliffs at Princeville lies within the Princeville Resort area on 22 acres of lush tropical garden land. Often referred to as simply “The Cliffs”, the property is situated on a high bluff, overlooking the north Pacific.

Offering ocean and island views, our units are spacious and are equipped with a fully-equipped kitchen, two full baths, and two private lanais. We offer one bedroom and one bedroom with loft suites. Ideal for couples and families, the one bedroom suites can sleep up to four persons and the one bedroom with loft suites can sleep up to six persons.
