Join us for free Qigong workshops for beginners at ʻAʻala Park led by Anné Au. The workshop is open to all ages. Registration link here.

Qigong emphasizes the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit making it a powerful tool for personal transformation and well being.
Anné Au embodies the rich tapestry of her diverse heritage as a Hawaiian, Chinese, and Irish woman, seamlessly intertwining her life with the art of Kung Fu. She has over 30 years of dedicated practice, she continually refines her skills in this ancient martial discipline. In 2005, Anné achieved the esteemed title of Sifu, receiving her certification from the Wing Sing Tong in Kung Fu and QiGong, a testament to her expertise and commitment to teaching.
