October 6 & 8, 2022, the IRONMAN World Championship returns to Kona, for the first time in its 40-plus year history and this time with Supersapiens as the title partner. With two days of racing, the 2022 Supersapiens IRONMAN World Championship is expected to see approximately 5,000 athletes total including an expanded women’s professional field of 50 athletes race on Thursday, October 6, and 50 professional men race on Saturday, October 8.
